Champions League Final Eight to start with Atalanta vs PSG on August 12. Manchester City face Olympique Lyonnais to conclude the quarter-finals.
Atalanta are the only Italian representatives in the Champions League Final Eight, but there are only two previous winners and two domestic champions.
La Dea had already qualified thanks to their 8-4 aggregate victory over Valencia before the lockdown.
They will take on PSG in the quarter-final on August 12, while RB Leipzig-Atletico Madrid is on August 13 and a fascinating Barcelona-Bayern Munich on August 14.
Manchester City face Olympique Lyonnais to conclude the quarter-finals on August 15.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this Final Eight format tournament will all be held in two Lisbon stadiums and are one-off knockout rounds.
Curiously, only two of these eight sides have already won the Champions League in their history, and they are going head-to-head in Barcelona-Bayern Munich.
Similarly, only two of the remaining teams won their domestic title this season, specifically Bayern Munich and Paris Saint-Germain.
