Roma sign Marash Kumbulla on two-year loan with obligation to buy. He will wear the No. 24 shirt and could make debut against old club.
Marash Kumbulla has completed his transfer to Roma on a two-year loan with obligation to buy, with Mert Cetin, Matteo Cancellieri and Aboudramane Diaby going to Hellas Verona.
The 20-year-old centre-back, who was born and raised in Italy but plays international football for Albania, had been at the centre of a bidding war between Lazio, Napoli and Inter.
However, Roma struck a deal that, assuming all the various transfers are completed, will cost €13.5m to the Giallorossi.
He will wear the No. 24 shirt and could make his debut against his old club, as Roma open the Serie A season against Verona this weekend.
