Kylian Mbappe informs intention to leave PSG in 2021. Source close to the player has said he also holds an interest in Man United.
Kylian Mbappe has told PSG he wants to leave the club next summer.
According to ‘The Times’, Mbappe’s wish to leave the French champions will start a transfer war between long-term admirers Real Madrid as well as Premier League sides Liverpool, Manchester City and Manchester United.
The 22-year-old superstar, who is out of contract in 2022 but ever since he signed for PSG has been linked with a move away, has rejected every new offer from PSG.
He wants greater control over his future and a long-term contract won’t allow him that.
‘The Times’ claim Florentino Perez’s plan to move for Mbappe will happen in 2021 if he hasn’t signed a new contract before then.
Madrid hope that PSG would rather cash in on Mbappe rather than lose him for nothing in 2022.
