According to Sky Sport Italia , Manchester United have put forward a proposal worth €80m for the Senegal international. But the Partenopei want at least €100m in order to let the centre-back leave.
This is already a significant drop from last year, when Napoli President Aurelio De Laurentiis boasted he had turned down a bid worth €120m for Koulibaly.
